For this machine, a larger reductorr of high quality is equpped, its key rotary parts are changed into bearings, thickened square steel frame is used, wear resisting material is adopted for its inside sleeves for directional positioning for four guiding columns, and its moulds and dies are treated specially so that the service life of this machine can be largely prolonged.  3.For vibation of this model, the original vibrator is changed into vibrating box, for achieving vertical directional vibrating in order to remove the mechanical aftershock immediately and to enlarge the vibrating freqency. So, because the products are more firm and the qualified product rate higher, the productiong efficiency can be increased largely.
